Membership fees are not covered by insurance. However, some procedures, labs, imaging studies and preventive medicine items will be covered by your insurance in a partial or total way depending on your plan.

Your membership covers one comprehensive annual physical visit and three follow up visits per year. Outside of these, it covers access to your doctor 24/7 via telephone or email. In addition, we take care of coordinating care and scheduling your specialists visits ensuring seamless communication among all participants. Members also have special promotional access to the services provided such as minor procedures and aesthetics.

We recommend you keep your insurance to cover any other needs that your membership does not include like labs, imaging, procedures, hospital visits and long term acute care.

Visits can take place wherever you choose too. We provide you with same or next day visits at the office, via telehealth, or in the comfort of your own home.
